This is a perfect saddlebag support for any bike but particularly for huge and tiny frames. On tiny frames, especially if they have long chainstays like ours, rear racks sit farther rearward, so the bag ends up sitting just on the forward edge of the rack. That's not a problem in practice but if you buy a rack to use as a saddlebag support, it's nice to use more than just 20% of the platform.
It's also a good choice for huge frames, so you don't have to jack the rack way up to meet the bag. Some racks don't even allow that. A Mark's rack does, but this is easier. Of course, on big bikes, you can just let the bag hang, but if you're the type that likes to have everything cinched down (I, Will, am in this camp when the saddlebag is BagBoy sized and up), this is the best option.
Beautifully made, like everything Nitto does. P-clamps included, so frame braze-ons aren't required.
