Returns
Up to 30 days. Unused and in resellable condition (as new, with packaging, etc).
No underwear, lotions, soap, chemical goops, hazardous materials, or flammable stuff. No gift cards. No sale items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email it or at least refer to the order number.
We'll receive and look over your item, email you back, and let you know what we'll do (accept, reject, compromise).
Basically, we listen, we empathize, but some people are insane about returns, and we have to be hardasses front to fend them off. Be nice, talk to us, and let's both be reasonable. We don't argue, but we may explain our side, so you know.
If approved, we'll credit the card you used. It may take up to 10 days to register, so be patient.
Exchanging items (bought the wrong size or color, for instance)

Gifts
Be careful. Gift certificates work better, but if that's too cold, know the sizes, other preferences. Every holiday season we're flooded with gift returns that "didn't work out." Viva Gift Certificates!

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once it's en route, neither you nor us has a handle on it, and the USPS, in particular, is not the way it used to be,
