Charity for Mom of Three
Charity for Mom of Three
Six of the ten charities we support are official 501c3 charities, which means the donations are tax-deductible; the others aren’t. It’s not easy for every needy person or small organization to get it together to qualify as and fill out the paperwork to establish 501c3 status. But they still need support.
Some charities are “famous,” some aren’t. Some of our beneficiaries are individuals who are really down on their luck and truly need ongoing support.
People who are kind enough to give like knowing where and how their donation will be used. Sometimes that’s easy, other times it is hard and just not advisable. It’s invasive. It invites unwanted attention or even criticism. It makes a private person uncomfortably public. It seems unfair to others in the same boat (“hey, why just you? Can you hook me up, too?”) Maybe you know of other causes. We are focusing on this one, please understand that.
She is a single mother of three. She’s working hard to get out of it, but it takes time, and meanwhile she’s trying to provide and be a good mother WHILE cleaning houses. She’s been booted out of a better place. She has some debt. She doesn’t have money to move, and without an ongoing supply of cash, that wouldn’t do any good, anyway.
We want to make it easy for you, and for us, to make a big difference in her life. Can you buy a $2 donation to her? We’ll pitch in on our end, too. This will be ongoing, and might last for years. Starts now. Thanks.
