We would never sell your info anyways
We are required by law in California to have this mumbo jumbo here and those pop-ups about cookies. They are annoying, and we apologize for that. The cookies are part of the Shopify webstore service that we use. If we could avoid all that, we would.
As far as your personal info that you provide us, we wouldn't sell that anyways. Why would we want to and who would we sell it to? We are not a data company. We are a mechanical bike company for crying out loud. No e-bike batteries and no data hustling on the side. Just some tangible steel products for you to enjoy. You'll have to enter your shipping address and some other info to get that stuff delivered. There is a link below where you can verify that. We're not going to "sell your personal information" either way.
Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with rights regarding how your data or personal information is treated. Under the legislation, California residents can choose to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information to third parties. Based on the CCPA definition, “sale” refers to data collection for the purpose of creating advertising and other communications. Learn more about CCPA and your privacy rights.
