For the many multitudes of 8 speed riders out there, here's a new, cool, inexpensive super-wide range option: 11-40!!! Use this cassette with a derailer such as the Acera M3020.

Please use this inexpensive and super huge wide range cassette with the Essa RD. This cassette is much lighter than you think (eventually insert weight here -451.6 grams-, not that it really matters). Thank you Shimano for making this cassette and not charging $679 for it.
