James's 54cm Roadini

James Roadini - 80cm pbh/69.5cm SH, sized up to a 54 with minimal standover

I have been slowly building up this Roadini for the past couple months. I’ll use it on roadish loops in the Oakland Hills and if the rain ramps up this year I’ll put fenders on it. It has 35mm tires, a triple, a lot of parts from my parts bin, and some from Will's. This past summer I built up my 51 Homer for a really good friend of mine who was doing a lot of riding on a bike that wasn’t in the best shape and fit him poorly. The Homer was sitting in an unassembled state and I knew he would love it and ride it a ton. I used that sale as an excuse to get a new Roadini that I had wanted but didn’t get because there was too much overlap with my Homer.
