I wore these suspenders on a recent trip to Portland, OR. One day while walking with my son, a woman driving a car stopped to comment, "Stylish!" Maybe it was the green shirt I was wearing... These held up well; I like the clips.

These suspenders work well and are light. I barely know I am wearing them. A word of caution to those who sweat and wear light colored clothing. The dye in the little leather patch on the back will sublimate off onto your very expensive wool jersey you're wearing over them when you're out on a long ride some day. I'm going to sew a little waterproof cover to go over the leather. If it were made out of nylon or some other material that wouldn't soil my nice clothes I'd give these a 5.
