The low price is because we picked the parts and are not going to customize it.  If you have a particular build in mind, it's better to start from the frame up. We can add parts to the box, but we aren't going to do tire/handlebar/drivetrain swaps.

The savings here are the cost of our labor (bike assembly and rack and dynamo installation). We picked the parts and no labor charge. This also means no substitutions and no returns.
