Yet another “paleo” book, but I wrote this one, using the same format as Just Ride, the other book. Rather than classic American chapters, it has short specific entries on a variety of related topics related to the accumulation and eradication of body fat; and to exercise if you actually want results, and there’s a smattering of science in there, too. You will find it stressful reading if you’re a vegan or vegetarian. For that I apologize, but there’s no way around it. On the other hand, if you’re now a jogger and are wishing you didn’t have to, this book will help you with that. Jogging vegans will be torn in half.
The information is good. I’ve tried to make it interesting and relevant. It isn’t an entire overlap of other paleo-ish books. I can’t imagine reading this and not getting your moneys worth out of it, but if that does happen, return it within a month for a full credit refund. Fair?
Of course we’re going to sell the book, but by all means ask for it at your local independent bookstore, if it’s still up and running; and if you’re in an Urban Outfitters, they should have it, too. And the ‘zon has it, for sure.
