The Grid Series SACKVILLES

They're no better made than the normal super deluxely crafted normal Sackvilles, but they're a bit more expensive, and to add insult to injury, they aren't even made of cotton, even though they feel like thick waxed cotton. They're not supple and shiny, in other words.

They're made of a super expensive, Premium Scottish Cotton Polyester that's been sunproofed, waterproofed and ripstopped, and is more accustomed to being made into tarpaulins used to cover bulky, greasy, heavy and sometimes sharp loads on the backs of trucks that roam the roads between Aberdeen and Glengary Glenn Ross. It's the toughest bag material I've seen, and I'd bet on it in any abrasion-toughness-waterproof-ripping-puncture contest.

The look is magnificent. No better, I must say, than the all-cotton dark grayish green Sackvilles, but different enough to make picking hard. They might look a hair better, actually. Maybe the higher price on these poly-bags will make your decision easier. Or maybe the grey grid look and truck-top heritage will win you over. In any case, we have just a few of these for now.
