Dark grey brake housing, enough for a big bike with aero levers and slotted cable stops; set of 4 housing end caps; two dual ended (for road or mt brake levers) brake cables; two cable end caps.

To cut the cable and housing, you still need cable cutters or dykes.  If no gottem now, gettem at  bike shop or hardware store.  Make sure you at least pay $20, because if you don't, they're bound to be lousy.  Get a fine file, too, to file smooth the end of the housing after you cut it.  Hold the file still, rub the housing briskly.
