Smile Train fixes cleft palates in Third World children; you've seen the ads, no doubt. It's a super charity with low administrative costs, and tons of bang for the donated buck. 

These shirts cost us $10, they cost you $20, and we give 100 percent of the profit ($10) to SMILE TRAIN. For every shirt you buy, we'll kick in another $10 for SMILE TRAIN. So it's a good deal. You get a made in the USA organic cotton, four-color print SMILE TRAIN t-shirt for $20, and SMILE TRAIN gets $20.

A surgery costs $250, so for every twelve and a half shirts we sell, one mouth gets fixed.
