Soba is a take-off on the Noodle bar and a bit of a pathetic play on words, because soba is a kind of noodle, too (buckwheat). It's the same bend exactly as the Noodle Bar, but it weighs less because the walls are thinner  and there's no sleeve (so the Nitto crest is screened on). If you are lightish and ride only on roads, this is a fine bar to get. Nitto makes them strong and light, and while it's not as light as some other superlight handlebars, those are not Nittos, and this one is undoubtedly stronger.

All of our drop bars are measured the same way: Center of the curve to center of the curve. The normal way is center of the end to center of the end. We measure center of the curve to center of the curve because our drops have a slight flare below the curve, and measuring the ends would give a false impression of the width you'd actually feel.
