Strong and silver, with a connector link for easier on and off. A great basic chain. Too bad great basic chains cost $25, but that's life in the early part of the 21st century, and this chain is a good value.

We use and offer chains from IRD, Shimano, and SRAM, and don't differentiate by brand, but by 8-speed or 9-speed. Anything we sell you works fine and is what we use all the time. If you must  have a particular brand, call in and ask, and see if we have it. Otherwise, think of chains as generic. The makers might not like it that way, but it's realistic.
