MicroShift Lefty or Righty Bar-End shifter

MicroShift is a groovy Taiwanese derailer-shifter maker who makes nice bar-end shifters, but the right side shifter doesn't have a friction mode (so we hate it). But we love MicroShift for selling us separate lefts, and a left you can use on the right, too, so it all works out. I/Grant have been testing this on my most-ridden bike for about 5 months now, and perfection permeates the whole system.

There's a little power-ratchet in the shifter, similar to the Silver Shifter's power ratchet so it has a similar fantastic feel.

Now that we have these, you can buy one bar-end at a time. We don't have to break up a pair of Silvers,  and you don't have to buy two when you need only one.

No cables or housing. Just the shifter and bar end pod shifter mount. Doesn't work with Paul Thumbies.
