I went to Nashville on my book tour and the airport there had lengthy walls both sides top to bottom plastered with ancient concert-announcing posters for Louis Armstrong, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, and I thought they were all relics from a defunct company. Nope---they were and still are made by Hatch Show Print, a legendary Nashville letterpress printer that's been around for thousands of years. The style is the always style, with minor variations.
