I've worn the Devold boxer briefs for many years now. i went to buy another pair but they didn't have my size available. instead of waiting on a new shipment to arrive, i decided to step out and try the MUSA boxers. I have really enjoyed the other MUSA products offered so thought these wouldn't let me down. When i put them on i thought, "wow, comfy but pretty loose fitting". I wasn't sure how that fit was going to translate on the bike. well, rode this morning and they were great. no riding up, like the Devolds tend to do and very soft wool. the only reason i didn't give them 5 stars was due to the waist band. the elastic is a little agressive but that is really the only negative i can think of. would highly recommend giving them a whirl. buy the same size you buy in the Devold boxers.

I guess I have always considered myself a "boxer brief" kind of person but found these to be the ideal cycling undies. The loose flowing fit is actually perfect because it prevents the underwear from riding up at the legs and digging into the side of the crotch, a continual problem I've had with the tighter form fitting boxer briefs. Wearing the boxers paired with any of the MUSA pants, shorts or knickers is a perfect match, I now wouldn't consider wearing one without the other.

Man, I like these. Soft and simple. One caution. The elastic band is pretty tight for the size suggested on the chart, same thing on my MUSA knickers. If you don't like the waist band digging into your middle age gut, size up.
