We had some problems with the phones yesterday afternoon, although they seem to be working at the moment. I apologize for any delays you may have experienced. A new software upgrade is happening on Monday, which should do the trick.
If you can't get through at any point in the next few days, please send me an email, and we will get right back to you. When we say "Your call is important to us," it sounds like one of those recorded messages you get when you are on an endless hold with some giant corporation, but we really mean it. I don't know; maybe they do, too.
